Support Solutions

On Site Support

You have the flexibility to call out a Sony Service Professional on site to assist in diagnosis or to provide support during normal business hours (9 am to 5 pm ET), Monday to Friday.  This support plan allows customers to option their standard warranty with on-site flexibility.  Included in this is Standard Phone coverage.

Event Support

For customers who require the support of a Sony Service Professional to assist during an event.  Working with the customer, Sony can place a Service Professional at a specific event to respond to any issues or to help with set-up.

System Commissioning

To ensure the new system you have invested in has been set up correctly, Sony can offer you a commissioning package.  This package provides Sony Service Professionals to set up your system on site and configure it for your operation, ensuring that it delivers right from the box.  From power up, configuration and system integration, Sony is there to make sure that your investment is set up and ready to go.  A Commissioning Package also provides an introduction to system maintenance and an overview of system operation.
